REFUNDS

Yes we do refunds! (Mainland U.K. only) Obviously we aim to please, but If you’re not entirely happy with your product, you can send it back to us within 14 days upon receiving*

Return delivery charges are paid at the customer’s expense. Refunds are issued subject to the condition of the garment upon return.**

Please do not remove the Protectatag ribbon on the garments or the red thread on the dupattas, otherwise we won’t be able to offer any refund.

You can either return in the original packaging or use any bag suitable for delivery. 

Email us at info@sagrahi.co.uk for a returns form, stating your order number.

  

*Custom made or made to order items are not eligible for a refund.

**Items must be not be worn, and in the same condition as they were sent out.

 

EXCHANGES

Due to the limited availability of our range, we are unable to guarantee the item you wish to exchange will be in stock.

Therefore, to avoid disappointment, please purchase the size you wish, and return the unwanted item back to us as per the procedure above.
